Roasted Jimmy Nardello Peppers — lemon basil ricotta, EVOO, Maldon salt, served with house focaccia. Sweet, silky, and the kind of starter that makes everyone at the table quiet for a moment.

Seared Cod — lemon dill risotto, haricots verts, lemon beurre blanc. Clean, precise, and exactly right for a late summer evening.
